COMPANY HISTORY

  Beck-Ford Construction, Inc. began in 1983 when Mr. Robert Becktell and a partner formed a partnership and established Becktell Construction Co. In 1987, the company was incorporated in the State of Texas under the name of Beck-Ford representing separate syllables of each partners’ last name. On January 20, 1993, Mr. Robert Becktell purchased all outstanding shares of stock in the corporation and therefore, became the sole stockholder. Beck-Ford is a commercial General Contractor, who specializes in the construction of shopping centers, hospitals, surgery centers, educational facilities, churches, banks,office, and retail buildings. The Company has grown from zero sales in 1983, to approximately thirty (30) million dollars in 2007. The Company employs forty (40) full-time employees, consisting of clerical, administrative, and craftsmen.
